What do we do, when we don’t know what to do?

We’ve been doing the same thing for a while…

We like it, even love it at times, but really it’s stopped working for us.
Actually, it may have stopped working a while back.

We’re left wondering: “what should I do”?
Change job, role, sector, take a break, shake up how we do things?
We fear getting the next step wrong.
And feel paralysed by both the choice and lack of choice ahead of us.

I think this is one of the most common dilemmas I support people through.
And it can be a tough place to be.

Finding our way through often takes root and branch work.
And getting more comfortable with that vulnerable place of not knowing (for a bit, at least).

…some digging deeper, re-establishing ourselves and what we do and don’t know.
Often, we have some clarity that we can work with that just needs space to surface.

…and some opening up, testing ideas, trying things out.
Often we have ideas that just need a bit of support and structure to get moving.

Then one small shift in thought, feeling and action at a time we find our way ~ to new places and ways of being that are more right for us.

If you’d like support to figure out your ‘what next’ and make this happen then book a call with me in the week ahead ~ I’d be so happy to support you through this tough terrain and out to the other side, so the work you care about can be much more satisfying, enjoyable and sustainable.
