How does it work?

Your next steps:

  1. The first step… book a catch up call with me. You can share more about what you’d like from coaching and I can share more about my approach – so can decide what you’d like to do.
  2. If you decide you’d like to work together…we’ll start with a goal and approach development session. In this session we’ll clarify your goals and establish a way of working together that you are really happy with, to set you up for success.
  3. From there…we meet at the frequency we’ve agreed works best for you. How long we work together varies – typically I work with people somewhere between 4-12 months.

I offer flexible and accessible options for working together, so you can find an approach that really works for you and your circumstances. You can book a block of sessions or book a session at a time aligned to your needs.

Session fees and booking options:

~ Book as you go ~

  • £85 for a 75 minute session ~ often used for monthly or fortnightly coaching when regular support and space is welcome
  • £105 for a 90 minute session ~ good for less frequent support and space, often used for one-off or quarterly sessions

~ Block booking ~

  • £480 for 6 x 75 minute sessions (to be used within 6 months)
  • £400 for 4 x 90 minute sessions (to be used within 12 months)

Sessions are held online via Zoom. If you are based in Bristol, and you prefer to meet in person, we can arrange to meet in a central location – I have a few options for private spaces we can use.

In the context of bringing about change I describe coaching as: “Purposeful and structured conversations that raise awareness and deepen understanding of your needs and context so you can make decisions, take actions and bring about changes that are right for you”. Find out more about my approach to coaching.

The time we’ll work together depends on your unique circumstance and on what kind of change you want to bring about. Typically, I work with people for between 3-18 months aligned to the scale, pace and challenge of the change they’re making.
